We are a full meat processing facility.  We offer custom processing or processing under a State Inspector.  We will cut per your instructions.  All meat is vacuumed packed to maintain the utmost level of freshness.

Yes we do!  Come in and sample of range of products.  We offer many flavors of bulk and link sausage, in-house smoked bacon and ham, hand crafted smoked meat sticks, and other cuts of beef and pork.  If you don't see what you are looking for, just ask!
